May specialize in a certain type of massage, such as deep-tissue or sports massage. May be self-employed or work in a private practice, spa, fitness center, or medical or chiropractic care facility.
Drift & Restore Massage Therapy We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing practice. We focus on relaxation, recovery, and long-term healing through thoughtful, therapeutic bodywork. We're looking for a therapist who brings intention and care to each session, with a confident, flowing approach that supports both pain management and deep relaxation.
What We Offer:
$40-$70 per hands-on hour, depending on treatment type Paid time for admin work You keep all tips 15% income from product sales A calm, well-equipped space with natural light $15.55 per hour for time spent completing opening and closing procedures (up to 30 minutes before the first appointment and 30 minutes after the final appointment) Additional pay opportunities may be available for administrative tasks, workshops, or special events. Compensation does not include time between massage appointments unless performing approved administrative or event-related tasks. One on one bodywork training, if desired. Drift & Restore Responsibilities:
Create a calm, restorative experience for each guest through intentional massage & bodywork. Offer thoughtful communication and attentive listening to support comfort and trust. Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment environment. Keep accurate client records and uphold professional boundaries and ethics. Assist with client check-in, take payments and rebooking. Must be able to work independently and follow opening/closing standards.
Work Environment:
Located in a newly renovated, historic home in the heart of downtown Sandy. The studio offers ample natural light, a large reception area with spacious waiting room and retail. We have 2 large massage rooms with natural light, electric lift massage tables with manual tilt, a private break room and kitchenette. We are ADA accessible. We provide stocked linens, massage tools and oils, and Jane scheduling software.
Schedule:
A minimum of 3 shifts are required for this position.
Current available shifts include:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings from 1:30-7:30 Sundays 9:00-4:30. Can be two Sundays each month if desired (ex. 1st & 3rd)
Requirements:
