Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage and bodywork treatments designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized therapy sessions rooted in a deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety during sessions Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing therapies for pain management and occupational health benefits Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and session notes in compliance with medical and spa standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or wellness practitioners to optimize client outcomes Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills Proficient in patient assessment and developing customized treatment plans Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a relaxing atmosphere for clients Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa procedures is preferred Previous experience in med spa settings or similar environments is highly desirable Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch, compassionate care, and holistic healing!
