The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to provide exceptional patient care and pain management solutions. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of our clients through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as required. Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to deliver effective treatments. Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments and feedback. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress in accordance with clinic policies. Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to promote long-term health benefits. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care throughout all interactions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Stay informed about advancements in occupational health and med spa practices to enhance service offerings. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong focus on patient service and satisfaction. Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, pain management techniques, and other relevant modalities. Solid understanding of anatomy knowledge, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and occupational health principles. Previous experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
