Job Summary Join our team as a independant contrctor Massage Therapist and bring relief, relaxation, and wellness to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs, utilizing your expertise in various massage techniques to promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage and hot stone massage to address clients' specific concerns. Perform Body wraps and scrubs, preferred but not mandatory. Control your own schedule and time management. Check-out and rebook clients. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual physiology and anatomy knowledge. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain treatment procedures, and provide personalized recommendations for pain management or relaxation goals. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including client progress notes and treatment outcomes. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following all health regulations. Qualifications Current PA State Board license in massage therapy. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for safety compliance. Carry liability insurance, preferred but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds. Prior experience working in a spa or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their health goals. $33.90 - $40.83 per hour
