~ Part-Time Massage Therapists wanted ~ New Graduate Opportunity | Malvern (Exton) PA Area Are you a recent massage therapy graduate looking for a place where you can actually grow? Our small, established boutique massage practice is looking to welcome 1-2 part-time licensed massage therapists to our team. We are a client-centered practice focused on therapeutic results, individualized care, and creating a great experience for both our clients and our therapists. We're especially interested in new graduates who are motivated, dependable, coachable, and excited to build a career in massage therapy.

• The Position
• 2-3 shifts per week Availability for morning-afternoon and/or afternoon-evening shifts 2 weekend shifts per month , Saturday or Sunday, generally morning through mid-afternoon Opportunity to grow + hone your schedule as your clientele develops Compensation ranges from $40
• 95 per session for newer therapists depending on level of experience and type of session (including 100% of your tips ). With additional experience, skill development, and time comes increased compensation Supportive, collaborative environment within a small boutique practice

• You may be a great fit if you: Are a recent massage therapy graduate or early-career massage therapist Have a strong interest in therapeutic/corrective massage and wellness
• centered energy Have previous experience in health, wellness, hospitality, and customer service Are professional, personable, reliable, and genuinely care about your clients.

Are open to feedback and learning from experienced therapists Want to build a loyal clientele rather than simply perform massages and go home Understand that building a full book takes time — our therapists typically spend 1.5-2.5 years developing a strong clientele from scratch; this happens for those who advertise themselves, their hours, offerings, and really want to grow their book. Not from only waiting for the practice to fill their schedule.
