BATHHOUSE, a modern, design-driven bathhouse and wellness destination in Brooklyn, seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional bodywork in a refined, social spa environment. You'll provide customized treatments, uphold high hospitality standards, and collaborate with a diverse, guest-obsessed team. Responsibilities include performing a range of modalities, maintaining treatment spaces, educating guests on wellness, and supporting events. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, customized massage treatments aligned with

standards Conduct thorough client intakes and tailor sessions to individual needs and preferences Maintain a clean, safe, and serene treatment environment following hygiene protocols Educate guests on aftercare, wellness practices, and appropriate use of bathhouse facilities Collaborate with the broader hospitality and wellness team to deliver seamless guest experiences Support events, special services, and new treatment offerings as the brand evolves Manage schedules and session timing to ensure punctual, efficient service Accurately document treatments and client preferences as required Promote add-on services and retail products when appropriate Required Skills Massage therapy techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports) Knowledge of anatomy and physiology Client assessment and treatment planning Sanitation and hygiene best practices Spa and hospitality customer service Time management and session pacing Knowledge of hydrotherapy/thermal environments Recordkeeping and SOAP notes Use of spa booking/POS software Basic sales of services and retail products
