Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced massage techniques and a thorough understanding of human physiology. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions using techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas requiring special attention Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and health history in compliance with medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and industry best practices Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and service offerings Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of massage therapy Willing to travel to all 3 locations Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
