Massage Therapist Deshaw Wellness and Aesthetics Center Join Our Growing Wellness & Aesthetics Team! Deshaw Wellness and Aesthetics Center is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing medical spa and wellness practice in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Our practice focuses on combining wellness, aesthetics, and preventative healthcare to help patients look and feel their best. We are looking for someone who is passionate about therapeutic massage, patient education, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position offers the opportunity to grow alongside a new and expanding practice while working in a beautiful, modern medical spa environment. Responsibilities Perform professional therapeutic massage treatments based on patient needs. Conduct patient consultations and assess treatment goals. Develop individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on wellness, stretching, hydration, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate treatment documentation. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment. Ensure all rooms, linens, and equipment meet infection control standards. Maintain professional draping and patient privacy. Build strong relationships with patients to encourage continued wellness care. Recommend treatment frequency and wellness memberships when appropriate. Promote additional wellness and aesthetic services offered by the practice. Assist with special events, open houses, and promotional wellness programs. Maintain inventory of massage supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and practice policies at all times. Qualifications Required Current Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License. Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy Program. Current CPR certification. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred 1-2 years of massage therapy experience. Medical spa, chiropractic, orthopedic, sports medicine, physical therapy, or wellness center experience.
