Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in accordance with clinic protocols. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support patient care in occupational health settings or med spa environments. Skills Proficient in deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent patient assessment skills to identify client needs effectively. Exceptional customer service abilities to foster strong client relationships. Experience in pain management practices is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
