We offer a beautiful, tranquil work environment, a refined spa menu featuring signature treatments, and a supportive, welcoming team culture. This position is ideal for a therapist seeking consistent evening hours with the opportunity to build their schedule within a luxury spa environment.

Position Details:

We are currently seeking a part-time Massage Therapist with availability for consistent evening shifts (2:00pm-8:00pm), including weekday evenings and weekend evening availability. This position is ideal for a therapist looking for a reliable evening schedule within a Luxury hotel spa environment Additional opportunities may be available to pick up shifts during vacations, busy periods, and team member time off. Experience Current State of Illinois Massage Therapy License Dual license (Massage Therapist & Esthetician) is a plus Willingness to learn and perform signature spa treatments unique to our location Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays As a hotel spa, flexibility is essential to meet guest needs and service demands Compensation Average service earnings: $70-$100+ based on service commission, gratuity, and hourly pay

Service Commission:

25% (with potential increase after 90 days based on performance)

Retail Commission:

10%

Suggested Gratuity:

20%

Hourly Rate:

$9.00 per hour (plus service commission)

Training Hourly Rate:
