What you earn:
- 50% of every service — about $50/hour of hands-on massage
- Roughly $56/hour with tips included
- 100% of tips. Always yours.
- Move to a 55% split once you're established Our therapists are booked 82-90% of their scheduled hours.

your treatment room in a full wellness spa (Himalayan salt cave, float pod, infrared sauna, cryotherapy), all booking, marketing and front desk, and a steady stream of clients you didn't have to find.What you handle:
