Qualifications Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills that foster trust and satisfaction. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in various massage modalities including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for pain management. Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients' work-related wellness needs. Prior med spa experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with aesthetic or therapeutic treatments in a clinical setting. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans and health considerations. Certification or licensure as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy.
