Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel their best while supporting our commitment to high-quality, accessible care. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Provide excellent patient service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment Educate clients on self-care practices related to occupational health, pain management, and overall wellness Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from check-in to post-treatment care Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Experience with patient service, assessment, and customized treatment planning Knowledge of occupational health principles related to workplace wellness programs Prior experience in customer service roles that emphasize professionalism and empathy Join us in delivering revitalizing experiences that enhance well-being!
