Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel their best while supporting our mission to provide affordable, top-tier wellness experiences. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for pain management or occupational health concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Document treatment details accurately in client records and communicate progress or concerns as needed. Uphold the highest standards of patient service and customer care to foster client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience in medical spa or occupational health settings is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
