A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Luxury Cleaning Technician Pay:

Starting at $16.00 per hour, opportunities for advancement are based off of work ethic, ability to work with a team of 4-5 members, attendance and experience. More details listed below. Coastal Cleaning is hiring dependable, detail-oriented luxury cleaning technicians to service high-end vacation rental homes in the North Myrtle Beach area. Our homes range from 3-6 bedrooms and require exceptional attention to detail. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with a team and want opportunities for growth, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize vacation homes On-call duties Make beds and replace linens Restock guest ammenities Follow detailed cleaning checklists Upload detailed and clear photos daily through our company software after each clean, by 2pm Report maintenance issues or damages immediately Ensure each property is ready by 2pm

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast paced environment Weekend availability is required Strong work ethic and attentiton to detail Cleaning experience is required Positive attitude and willingness to learn
