Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and bring wellness, relaxation, and pain relief to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver tailored massage treatments that promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise in various massage techniques combined with excellent patient service will create a calming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain clear communication with clients about their treatment goals, progress, and any relevant medical or physiological considerations. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation practices. Educate clients on self-care techniques and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness outside of sessions. Keep detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with medical terminology standards. Foster a welcoming environment focused on exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive client relationships. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong background in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Prior experience working in a med spa or medical setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients about their health concerns and treatment options. Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management and physiologic conditions is preferred. Experience providing client-centered care that emphasizes safety, comfort, and professionalism. Pay:
$16.50 - $25.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
