We are creating a space where traditional, hands-on care comes together with modern wellness technology to provide a more personalized and complete approach to renewal. Our touchless wellness technologies are designed to complement massage therapy, enhance the guest experience, and support our therapists in their work. We believe nothing can replace the care, connection, and healing power of human hands. These technologies provide additional ways to support each guest's wellness goals while helping make the therapist's work more sustainable. The Position We are seeking dedicated Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about providing personalized care and building lasting guest relationships. Our therapists will perform exceptional massage services while educating guests about treatment upgrades, touchless wellness technologies, memberships, and ongoing wellness routines. Because The Well is a membership-based wellness lounge, our therapists should be comfortable discussing the benefits of consistency and recommending options that genuinely support each guest's needs. This is not about high-pressure sales—it is about listening, educating, and helping guests make wellness a regular part of their lives.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality, personalized massage services Consult with guests to understand their concerns, preferences, and wellness goals Customize each treatment using appropriate massage techniques Recommend relevant treatment upgrades and enhancements that may improve the guest's experience Educate guests about membership options and the benefits of consistent massage and wellness care Help support membership enrollment, retention, and overall guest loyalty Introduce guests to our touchless wellness technologies and explain how they may complement massage therapy Create thoughtful recommendations for future services and personalized wellness routines Rebook guests and encourage an appropriate schedule based on their individual needs Work toward individual and team goals for memberships, upgrades, enhancements, rebooking, and guest retention Maintain high standards of professionalism, service quality, sanitation, and guest care Follow all established massage protocols and safety procedures Maintain accurate and confidential guest notes Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, comfortable, and properly stocked Collaborate with fellow therapists, front desk associates, and leadership to provide a seamless guest experience Participate in ongoing education, training, team meetings, and coaching Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Current Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing Professional liability insurance Massage therapy experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Skilled in relaxation, therapeutic, and deep-tissue techniques Knowledge of additional massage modalities is a plus Strong communication and guest-service skills Comfortable educating guests about memberships, service upgrades, enhancements, and wellness options Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards Comfortable receiving coaching and continuing to grow professionally Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Passionate about personalized wellness and creating meaningful guest experiences What We're Looking For We're looking for massage therapists who take pride in their work, genuinely care about people, and are excited to grow with a new wellness concept. You should be able to build trust, make thoughtful recommendations, and help guests understand how memberships, treatment upgrades, and complementary wellness services can support their long-term goals. At The Well Renewal Lounge, renewal is personal. Our Massage Therapists will play an essential role in creating an experience where every guest feels heard, cared for, and renewed.
