The work is integrative:

massage and related tools when that is your training, and, more broadly, a longevity and performance lens (physical and psychological). The aim is balance, so the body and the nervous system can recover. Interest in sports/recovery work, myofascial or orthopedic massage, sleep, stress, or high-performance regulation is a strong plus. Responsibilities Assess and treat clients with massage and related bodywork Build care plans for pain, recovery, stress, mobility, and nervous-system regulation Work as part of the LaVie clinical team: psychotherapists, performance coach, and acupuncturist Contribute to each client's longevity plan and coordinate care across disciplines Take part in regular team meetings Keep clinical notes and meet Texas practice standards Uphold a calm, precise, high-end clinic experience Requirements Licensed Massage Therapist (Texas) Experience or clear interest in recovery, orthopedic/sports massage, stress, or performance Self-directed, polished, comfortable with an executive clientele Newer licensees welcome if the clinical stance is solid What we offer Turnkey practice: scheduling, front desk, billing Growing membership clientele Flexible schedule W2, no-show paid How to apply Send your resume and a short note (5-10 lines) on how you actually practice to
