In this role, you will deliver a variety of therapeutic massage services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for diverse clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and stress management goals through personalized treatment plans and exceptional care. Duties Perform a wide range of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, Thai, Shiatsu, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology, and postnatal or prenatal massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand client concerns and develop customized treatment plans Provide specialized massage therapy for athletes, post-surgery patients, elderly individuals, children, and clients with stress-related or chronic pain conditions Incorporate advanced techniques such as lymphatic drainage and acupressure to enhance therapeutic outcomes Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that adheres to health and safety standards Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations Proven experience in diverse massage modalities including Swedish, sports, deep tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, reflexology services, and specialized therapies like postnatal or prenatal massage Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs and apply appropriate techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatment options and self-care strategies Ability to perform patient assessments with attention to detail and professionalism Experience working with corporate wellness programs or med spa environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to work with clients of all ages and health conditions including elderly individuals and children Passion for promoting health and relaxation through expert massage therapy Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
