Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, progress, and post-session care instructions to ensure optimal results. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and proper draping techniques during treatments. Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and health trends to continually enhance your skills and service quality. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally. Proven experience in providing diverse massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and pain management therapies. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and offer appropriate recommendations. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual client schedules efficiently.
