As an independent contractor with River Relaxation we exclusively offer chair massage for poker tournaments. This is a very niche opportunity with demand for licensed massage therapists who are interested in providing massage therapy in a uniquely high-paced and social environment that has potential to be very lucrative. Contracting with River Relaxation offers an even further opportunity to travel to other casinos/poker tournaments in the US as long as you adhere to local licensing regulations of that state. You are required to have/maintain a TX LMT license in "good-standing", professional liability insurance, reliable transportation and a valid government issued ID (legal right to work in the US). You do not need to be experienced in nor understand poker. In order to make this position lucrative for you, you must socially engage to promote your sessions. River Relaxation strongly values the notion of being an independent contractor and in this respect there are no minimum number of shift requirements, you can choose to work as little or as much as we have to offer.
