Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other specialized modalities tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment plans. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations, including CPR certification requirements. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns or questions. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in providing various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, etc.. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. ✨
