Apply advanced knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective therapies. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, progress, and post-treatment care instructions. Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols such as CPR certification. Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy techniques and health trends to continually enhance service quality. Skills Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients. Proficiency in various massage modalities including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and occupational health principles relevant to therapeutic massage. Excellent client communication skills for assessing needs and explaining treatment plans effectively. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and adapt treatments accordingly. Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and pain management. Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications in specialized massage techniques are advantageous.
