Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, gather feedback, and adjust techniques accordingly. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client preferences, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by following sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment cleanliness. Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy, anatomy, physiology, and occupational health practices to continually improve skills. Promote client retention through excellent customer service, personalized care, and professional rapport building. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in various massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and pain management strategies. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to assess client needs accurately. Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment options and health concerns. CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all treatments. Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions is preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction and care. Experience working in occupational health or injury rehabilitation settings is a plus.
