Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, pain points, and treatment goals. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session. Apply physiology and anatomy knowledge to target specific muscle groups and address pain management concerns. Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress in compliance with health regulations. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or exercises. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and CPR protocols. Requirements Proven experience with various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and occupational health massage. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate effectively. Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for safety compliance. Prior experience in customer service or client communication roles is highly valued.
