Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients regarding their treatment goals and progress. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Keep detailed records of treatments administered and monitor client outcomes over time. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes client loyalty through exceptional customer service and professionalism. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with current CPR certification. Proven experience in various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques. Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with effective client communication abilities. Prior experience working with diverse populations in clinical or spa settings is preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude. A commitment to ongoing professional development in areas such as physiology knowledge, sports therapy, or occupational health is advantageous.
