Duties:

• Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic massage treatments to patients using a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to effectively target areas of concern and provide relief
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the effectiveness of treatment
• Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all aspects of practice ```

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist in the state
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Experience in occupational health or related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
• Proficient in performing physical examinations and assessments
• Skilled in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Knowledge of pain management strategies and techniques
