In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment and attentive care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including orthopedic massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, and prenatal massage to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health conditions, preferences, and specific areas of concern. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate treatment for pain management and relaxation. Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback, treatment notes, and progress updates in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following all licensing and medical guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain procedures, and provide post-treatment advice for optimal results. Stay current with CE education hours and industry practices. Ability to attend occasional work related events outside working hours. Occasionally contribute to social media postings and marketing campaigns. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally. Proven experience in providing various massage therapies such as orthopedic massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to tailor treatments effectively. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and provide clear guidance. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and Chiropractic. Prior experience working in healthcare or wellness settings emphasizing patient service and customer care. Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple client appointments efficiently. Option to work as a independent contractor (1099) or W2.
