We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Massage Therapist to join our evidence-based, medically collaborative practice. In this role, you will move beyond general wellness to provide targeted, results-driven soft tissue manipulation for patients managing chronic pain, recovering from acute injuries, or undergoing rehabilitation.

Because we work seamlessly with healthcare networks and third-party payers, we place a premium on objective, defensible clinical documentation that proves medical necessity.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Treatment Planning:

Evaluate medical histories, physician referrals, and intake assessments to execute targeted treatments (e.g., myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy).

Insurance-Compliant Documentation:

Write timely, precise, and thorough SOAP notes for every session . Documentation must clearly demonstrate medical necessity, track objective functional improvements, and meet rigorous insurance reimbursement standards.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Review treatment goals to ensure aligned patient care pathways.

Patient Education:

Guide patients through home-care stretches, postural corrections, and self-care routines to complement their clinical treatments.

Qualifications Licensure:

Active and valid State Massage Therapy License.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program (minimum [500/600/750] hours).

Documentation Skills:

Proven proficiency in writing medical-grade SOAP notes. Must understand how to document functional outcomes, pain scales, and specific anatomical regions treated.

Clinical Experience:

Solid foundation in pathology, anatomy, and orthopedic assessment. Experience charting within electronic health records (EHR) software is highly preferred. If you have your NPI number, we start you off at a highter rate.
