Full job description Ideal Massage and Luxury Headspa has been in Hutto for 8+ years. 4.9 stars, 500+ reviews, and a strong base of 4k active clients. We're hiring multiple Licensed Massage Therapists to help cover weekday/weekend demand. Our weekends are consistently busy and we often turn bookings away, so the right candidates will see steady session volume from the start. Pay Base commission 42-63 per session hour, based on experience and modalities Add-on commissions (2-10 per add-on; clients could book multiple) Tips average ~20% of total comp Referral bonus when you bring another therapist on board Schedule Monday -Saturday 10am-2pm or 2pm-715pm Sun 1pm-715pm Requirements Active Texas TDLR license 3+ years experience 4 private rooms. Hydraulic Tables. We supply linens, oils, and all equipment, we teach and mentor when asked!
