Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated salaried Massage Therapist to join our vibrant wellness team. Duties Provide a variety of massage therapies including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment approaches and document client progress accurately Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing wellness strategies to support pain management and recovery goals Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and professional standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and ensure comfort throughout each session Stay current with industry best practices by participating in continuing education on physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and new massage techniques Support the overall patient service experience by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and fostering positive client relationships Requirements Valid Texas massage therapy license Outgoing personality is a must Proven experience Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop customized treatment plans accordingly Knowledge of pain management techniques and experience working with chronic or acute pain conditions Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and professionalism Being a TEAM player with other staff members is necessary
