Responsibilities As an IFFH Licensed Massage Therapist, you will: Provide exceptional therapeutic and wellness massage services. Assess each patient's goals, concerns, areas of tension, recovery needs, and movement limitations. Customize sessions rather than delivering a one-size-fits-all massage. Educate patients about what you are finding and what may help them improve. Develop appropriate recommendations for frequency and continuity of care. Build strong, professional relationships that encourage patient retention. Confidently recommend additional services or resources when they would benefit the patient. Collaborate with our Performance & Movement, Functional Fitness, Functional Medicine, Primary Care, and Medspa teams when appropriate. Maintain excellent documentation, professionalism, cleanliness, and patient experience standards. Participate in training, team development, and the IFFH Academy. Continue developing professionally and work toward becoming an exceptional IFFH Guide. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. Willingness to learn the IFFH approach to patient care, communication, and guidance. Experience with therapeutic, sports, recovery, deep tissue, or clinical massage is highly valued. Why IFFH?
