Our front-of-house team handles scheduling, check-in, laundry, and the day-to-day operations of the spa, allowing our therapists to focus their energy on their clients and their craft. We're approaching our first anniversary in Southlake and continuing to grow our massage clientele. We're looking for talented, dependable LMTs who want to build a strong book of repeat clients and become part of a wellness-focused team. What We Offer $42

In addition to therapeutic massage, our clients utilize float therapy, infrared sauna, and red light therapy , often combining services as part of their regular wellness routine. That creates an environment where massage isn't treated as an occasional luxury. Many of our guests are actively investing in their health, stress management, recovery, and overall well-being—and they're looking for therapists they can return to consistently. Who We're Looking For We're looking for therapists who are: Licensed Massage Therapists in good standing with the State of Texas Skilled in Swedish and deep tissue massage Warm, professional, dependable, and client-focused Interested in developing long-term relationships with repeat clients Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive spa team Passionate about massage, wellness, recovery, and helping clients feel their best Available for at least 2-3 shifts per week Able to work a variety of morning, evening, and weekend shifts Weekend availability is especially important , as Saturdays and Sundays are among our busiest and highest-demand times At least one year of professional massage experience is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
