Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to target specific areas of pain or tension effectively. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment goals, progress, and post-session care instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client notes and treatment details in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and maintaining equipment properly. Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and health trends to continually enhance your skills and client satisfaction. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience delivering various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management strategies. Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively with diverse clients. Prior experience working in healthcare or wellness settings preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential. CPR certification is required to ensure client safety during all treatments.
