We're looking to add one more Licensed Massage Therapist to our team as an independent contractor. What We're Looking For Current Texas Massage Therapist License Weekend availability preferred Some weekday and early evening availability is also a plus Skilled in Swedish and deep tissue massage; additional modalities are a plus Professional, reliable, and attentive to each client's needs Friendly and comfortable working in a boutique spa environment Able to maintain a clean and well-prepared treatment space About the Opportunity Independent contractor position Flexible scheduling — we mainly operate by appointment Primary need is for weekend coverage, with some weekday schedules also available Regular availability can be coordinated based on mutual needs No need to remain onsite when there are no scheduled appointments Established spa environment with existing clientele and booking support Opportunity to take additional appointments as demand grows Compensation Competitive service-based compensation plus 100% of client tips .
