Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise in various massage techniques and thorough understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology will ensure each client receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs. Pay will be $45 to 60 dollars an hour, plus tips Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy to meet individual client needs. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for pain management and stress relief. Maintain detailed records of each session, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and medical histories using clear client communication skills. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and physiotherapy. Focus on Body posture and alignment, if interested will be taught how to do measurements of the clients to focus on specific muscles and muscle groups. Will be required to do own laundry at the facility at end of shift, keep massage space clean and tidy and restocked. Able to be motivated and work by yourself. All equipment and materials will be provided. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in massage therapy, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology related to pain management and occupational health. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop customized treatment plans. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on patient service and client communication. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapeutic practices. Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications in specialized therapies such as trigger point or prenatal massage are preferred. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare environment is advantageous. Looking for 1 person who can work evenings, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3pm to 10pm. Break will be at 6pm to 7pm. Looking for 1 person who can work mornings, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am to 2pm Looking for 1 Person to work at our Heber Location at least 3 days a week.
