We are seeking two part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver exceptional care and an extraordinary experience to every guest, every time. In this role, you will tailor each session to address the unique needs and wants of our guests while empowering them to achieve long-term wellness.

Available shifts:

Monday 9-3pm or 3-9pm Thursday 3-9pm Friday 3-9pm Saturday 3-9pm

Key Responsibilities:

Listen intently to guest goals and customize treatments to address specific physical needs and preferences. Educate guests on the structural and health benefits of regular massage therapy to build long-term care plans. Provide personalized at-home care tips and recommend targeted products to extend the benefits of their session. Thoroughly complete accurate SOAP notes after each service to maintain high standards of continuity and professional care.

Qualifications:

Active Utah State Massage Therapy License 1-2+ years of prior professional experience preferred Strong communication skills and a passion for holistic guest care Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining guest privacy and comfort

Compensation:

Tiered commission-based pay + tips 30-45% per service Tips range between 15-30%
