Job Description
Peak Day Spa is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established Millcreek team. Our therapists enjoy steady, membership-based bookings, returning clients, a supportive front desk, and average total compensation of more than $60 per booked service hour, including tips. Many of our team members have been with us for years because we've created a professional, supportive environment where therapists can focus on providing excellent bodywork and building lasting client relationships. We do not use sales quotas or high-pressure selling. We welcome both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates. The right person is dependable, kind, professional, collaborative, and interested in continuing to grow. Compensation and Benefits $25-$35 per booked service hour, based on experience and performance Average total compensation of $60+ per booked service hour, including tips Established clientele and steady membership-based bookings Paid training Monthly complimentary spa service Employee product and service discounts Performance bonuses and referral incentives Team rewards and paid team outings Flexible scheduling Supportive front-desk and management team Opportunities for advancement Current Availability We have a variety of days and hours available. Responsibilities Consult with clients and customize each session to their needs Provide consistently high-quality, professional bodywork Maintain accurate client notes Prepare, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms Communicate clearly with clients and the front-desk team Make appropriate service, enhancement, membership, and home-care recommendations based on client needs Maintain reliable attendance and a professional schedule Helpful Experience Experience in any of the following modalities is helpful but not required: Deep tissue Sports massage Restorative massage Prenatal massage Hot stone massage Qualifications Current Utah massage therapy license Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and client-care skills Ability to customize sessions based on client needs Positive, respectful, and team-oriented Committed to reliability, professionalism, and continued improvement Our Culture We believe clients can feel the difference when a team genuinely enjoys working together.
