We are a fast growing chiropractic, nutrition, and wellness office and we need an amazing person to help serve our patients. We are seeking a patient coordinator/office assistant to wear many hats to assist our patients on a daily basis. Our office is fast paced and we are looking for someone who can multi task with a smile. Detailed oriented, people oriented and has an ease with working with people of all ages. The position requires an assortment of skills as our team is cross trained to serve in all areas of the office. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting copays, filing, working in the patient therapy room, intake consultations, working with supplements and food plans. All training will be provided.

Hours needed:

Monday, Wednesday and Fridays:
