What You'll Do Provide professional massage therapy services within your scope of practice Customize sessions based on each client's needs, goals, preferences, and contraindications Deliver a high-quality client experience from consultation through follow-up Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and peaceful treatment space Educate clients on appropriate follow-up care and rebooking recommendations Build strong client relationships that support retention, referrals, and repeat bookings Work with the spa team to create a smooth, professional client experience Uphold all sanitation, safety, licensing, and spa standards Take ownership of your schedule, your room, your client experience, and your results What We're Looking For Current Utah massage therapy license required Professional massage therapy experience preferred Strong hands-on skills and confidence working with different client needs Ability to customize sessions rather than deliver a one-size-fits-all service Professional, polished, and client-focused communication Reliable, punctual, and prepared Strong attention to detail Team-first mindset Growth-minded and open to feedback Comfortable working in a high-standard spa environment Passion for helping clients feel better, move better, and return consistently Who Fits Here The right person is calm, confident, and professional.
