Qualifications Must be a Massage Therapist License - Valid MT license and certifications as required by state regulations. Minimum of one year of professional experience in esthetics. Completion of an accredited massage therapy program. Current certification and registration in good standing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and a client-centered approach. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred. Proven customer service experience in a spa or wellness environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Passion for wellness, customer service, and team development. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Must have schedule flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays Performs other job duties as required
