About Us Good Rest Med Spa is a growing wellness spa in Payson, Utah, offering massage, esthetics, and recovery services (including infrared sauna and contrast therapy) in a calm, professional environment. We're building a team of skilled, reliable therapists who want flexibility without sacrificing quality of care. About the Role We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our flex/ass needed, on call team as an independent contractor. This is a true flexible-schedule role — you'll receive booking opportunities through our scheduling system (Boulevard) and choose the shifts and appointments that work for you. No minimum weekly hours required. This is a great fit for a therapist who wants supplemental income, is between full-time positions, or simply prefers to control their own calendar. What You'll Do Provide professional massage therapy services (Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities per your training) to clients by appointment Accept or decline booking offers based on your own availability Maintain accurate treatment notes and client intake documentation Follow all Utah DOPL licensing and sanitation standards Represent Good Rest Med Spa's standards of care and professionalism with every client Qualifications Active Utah massage therapy license in good standing Reliable, professional, and client-focused Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099) Own liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience with a variety of modalities a plus Compensation & Structure Independent contractor position — pay is a % per session Flexible, opt-in scheduling — no set hours required Access to available shifts via Boulevard booking system How to Apply Send your resume and current license verification.
