Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist Pay:
$45 per hour We are seeking a dependable, professional, and patient-focused Massage Therapist to join our growing chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic. Our office is a high-volume, fast-paced practice focused on helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, recover from injuries, and maintain an active lifestyle. Massage therapy will work alongside chiropractic care and our other rehabilitation services to provide patients with a well-rounded approach to treatment. Position Overview The Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage services to patients experiencing a variety of musculoskeletal complaints, including: Neck and upper back tension Lower back pain and muscular tightness Shoulder and extremity discomfort Muscle spasms and trigger points Sports and overuse injuries Postural and work-related muscular tension General stiffness and mobility restrictions This position is particularly well suited for a therapist who enjoys therapeutic and clinically focused massage and working collaboratively within a healthcare environment.
Compensation Base pay:
$45 per hour Our high patient volume provides an opportunity to maintain a consistent schedule while working alongside an established chiropractic and rehabilitation team. Responsibilities The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing professional massage therapy tailored to each patient's needs, communicating effectively with patients and clinical staff, maintaining appropriate treatment documentation, keeping the massage room clean and organized, and helping create a comfortable and positive patient experience. Therapists should be comfortable modifying treatment techniques based on patient presentation and working with individuals who may be receiving concurrent chiropractic or rehabilitative care. What We're Looking For Applicants should have an active massage therapy license and be professional, reliable, personable, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment. Experience with deep tissue, therapeutic massage, trigger-point work, myofascial techniques, sports massage, or injury-focused massage is highly valued. We are looking for someone who wants to become a meaningful part of the clinic rather than simply provide isolated massage sessions. Our goal is to create an environment where chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and massage therapy complement one another to provide patients with an exceptional overall experience. We would love to hear from therapists who are passionate about helping patients feel and function better and are interested in joining a busy, growing practice.
