As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through personalized treatments that address their specific needs. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and create tailored treatment plans. Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address client concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support patient recovery and wellness. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Experience Proven experience in a med spa or similar setting is preferred but not required. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with pain management techniques and patient service excellence. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment delivery.
