Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team as a Treatment Room Rental professional. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities based on client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns, goals, and medical histories Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, address questions, and ensure comfort throughout sessions Maintain detailed records of treatments administered and client progress in compliance with privacy regulations Stay informed about current best practices in physiology, anatomy, pain management, occupational health, and medical terminology to enhance service quality Promote a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service and fostering a relaxing environment Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage Excellent patient assessment skills to customize treatments effectively Exceptional client communication abilities to build trust and ensure satisfaction Prior experience working in med spas or wellness centers is preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Requirement Valid Virginia Massage Therapist License Join our team as a Massage Therapist - Treatment Room Rental and help clients achieve their wellness goals through expert care in a supportive environment.
