Starting at $35/hour OR 50% service commission, depending on service/package structure + 50% of eligible enhancements Luxuria Totalis is expanding our massage and wellness offerings and seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is excited to grow with us. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traditional massage therapy but is also interested in becoming part of a broader wellness program incorporating spa packages, body wellness, movement, recovery, and specialty experiences. This position has the potential to grow into a Lead Massage Therapist or Massage/Body Wellness Department Head role for the right person as our department expands. What You'll Do Perform high-quality Swedish, relaxation and therapeutic massage services Work collaboratively with estheticians and other providers during spa days, couples services and multi-service packages Provide massage enhancements and specialty treatments within your training and scope of practice Participate in both direct-booked services and high-volume package rotations Help create a relaxing, professional and personalized guest experience Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards and accurate service documentation Make appropriate service recommendations and encourage client retention/rebooking Collaborate with our wellness team as new massage, body and recovery offerings are developed Compensation & Growth Our compensation structure is designed to reward both consistency and higher-value services. Base compensation starts at $35/hour for applicable massage services, with other services/packages eligible for compensation at 50% of the service value depending on the offering. Therapists also receive 50% of eligible massage enhancement revenue , particularly for enhancements requiring additional therapist time, technique or labor. As the massage and body wellness department grows, there is potential for advancement into a Lead LMT/Department Head position , which may include helping develop protocols, mentoring additional therapists, coordinating massage offerings and contributing to new wellness packages and experiences. We'd Especially Love Someone With Current Virginia massage therapy license in good standing Strong Swedish/relaxation massage skills Excellent communication and client-care skills Comfort working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary spa/wellness team Interest in wellness beyond traditional massage Reliability and ability to work efficiently during package rotations Interest in helping develop new services and programs Assisted stretching, mobility work, sports massage, recovery-focused techniques or movement training experience is a major plus. Our growing concept brings together traditional spa services, headspa, skincare, body wellness, movement and community wellness experiences. We're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help shape a growing massage department rather than simply fill an existing treatment room.

Pay:

$35.00 - $62.50 per hour
