Massage Therapist, Cornerstone Hydration & Wellness Compensation:

Primarily commission and gratuities | 50/50 commission split | All tools, products, and equipment supplied About the Role At Cornerstone, we believe touch is the foundation of wellness; it's the cornerstone of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced Massage Therapist with an established clientele to join our team and help us build a practice rooted in trust, skill, and genuine care. This role provides professional massage treatments in accordance with state law and Cornerstone's policies and procedures, with a focus on creating a safe, clean, motivating, and nurturing environment that exceeds every guest's expectations. We supply everything you need to do your best work, including treatment rooms, products, equipment, and booking support, so you can focus on what you do best. What You'll Do Perform massage and body treatment services according to protocol, with consistent quality across every session Bring your existing clientele and help grow Cornerstone's reputation for exceptional service Effectively communicate Cornerstone's wellness philosophy to guests Read and follow shift schedules, room assignments, and the computer scheduling system Arrive 30 minutes prior to your shift; begin and complete services on time, within the established time frame for each treatment Educate guests about their treatments and recommend appropriate services Promote spa services, products, and programs Assist with daily prep duties, including restocking, refilling, and preparing treatment rooms Attend scheduled trainings and team meetings, and actively contribute ideas for new programs and services Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work and storage area Display teamwork, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills Follow all department standards of operation at all times Exercise professional judgment to end a session if it becomes unprofessional or unsafe for either party Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Current Virginia Massage Therapist license in good standing An existing, transferable client base is desired Willingness to become proficient in Cornerstone's full menu of massage and body treatment services and techniques Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across competing priorities Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision A neat, professional appearance paired with a genuinely caring attitude Clear, effective communication with guests, coworkers, and management Commitment to guest safety and professionalism at all times Compensation & Support 50/50 commission split on services
