Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Massage Therapist / Certified Lymphatic Therapist (CLT) to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform customized therapeutic massage sessions (Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities as appropriate) tailored to each client's needs, goals, and health history. Provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) techniques for clients seeking support with edema, post-surgical recovery, lymphedema management, or general wellness/detoxification. Conduct thorough client intakes, screen for contraindications, document sessions (SOAP notes or equivalent), and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, lymphatic care, self-care, and how these services integrate with our IV therapy, red-light therapy, facials, and other wellness offerings. Maintain a clean, sanitary, professional, and relaxing treatment environment; prepare rooms and equipment before/after each session. Collaborate with the front desk and clinical team for smooth scheduling, client flow, and a seamless guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality. Stay current with continuing education and industry best practices. Requirements Valid certification as a Massage Therapist with licensing or registration as required by local regulations. Certification as a Licensed Lymphatic Therapist (CLT) or equivalent training in lymphatic drainage techniques. Proven experience in massage therapy including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and lymphatic health. Current CPR certification for emergency preparedness during treatments. Prior experience working in medical spas or occupational health settings is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Experience with post-surgical lymphatic support, prenatal massage, or clinical/therapeutic settings. Familiarity with complementary wellness modalities (red-light therapy, facials, etc.). Prior experience in a spa, medical spa, or wellness clinic environment. Compensation Will be Commission-Based.
