Job Description
At The Healing Touch Wellness Spa & Laser Center , you will play a vital role in helping clients relax, heal, and feel their best through personalized massage therapies. This position is essential to our mission of promoting overall wellness and providing exceptional care. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massages tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Deliver outstanding client care by creating a comfortable, welcoming environment Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance overall client care Educate clients on self-care practices and the benefits of regular massage therapy Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Stay current with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and advanced massage techniques Qualifications Valid state license as a Massage Therapist Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a spa or wellness setting Ability to perform a range of massage modalities, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with client assessments preferred Med spa experience is a plus, but not required Join Our Team If you are passionate about helping others achieve wellness through therapeutic touch, we'd love to hear from you.
