Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored massage techniques, creating a calming and rejuvenating experience. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to develop effective treatment plans that address specific pain points and mobility issues Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress reports Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and clinic policies Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust and comfort Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current licensing credentials Proven experience in massage therapy, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and medical massage techniques Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in med spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable Knowledge of pain management strategies and patient assessment procedures CPR certification is required to ensure safety during treatments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their individual needs Join us in delivering transformative wellness experiences!
